Here's an update and a few photos of the new model:
Ryan Homes is still waiting on the permit for my lot. They are hopeful to receive it by/before June. This definitely pushes my closing date to mid/late August, possibly even September.
I will not get a sold sticker on my lot until the permit is received.
I will get a Pre-Construction meeting will be two weeks prior to the construction start date. This is when I will meet the Project Manager. The Project Manager will review the options selected, discuss and set communication lines and expectations.
